      For washing. After the cleaning is completed, the normal water supply (SERVICE) is carried out.

      1.3, PP fine filter

      The security filter is the last filtration device before entering the R.O reverse osmosis main engine, which must ensure that the tap water is entering the reverse osmosis

      The pollution index SDI before the main engine is stable below 4. Because the pure water recovery rate of the reverse osmosis device is generally only 50%-60%.

      The design water yield is 1t/h.

      Operating principle:

      (a) The PP cotton filter adopts a PP cotton filter with a pore size of 5um, and water seeps into the PP cotton from the outside through the micropores from the inner wall of the PP cotton

      1.4 Precautions:

      (a) After the use of the precision filter element, the impurities trapped in the microhole will become larger and larger until they fail. Please focus on this time

      Enable replacement. Generally, it is replaced once a month, and the frequency of replacement depends on the quality of raw water and the use time of the equipment

      The filter element can be checked regularly every week whether it is completely contaminated and needs to be replaced, and the appropriate change can be determined after several repetitions

      (b) Check the SDI value of the outlet water of the security filter regularly every day. If the SDI value is greater than 4, please check the inner filter of the precision filter

      Whether the core seal ring is damaged or loose, if the filter element is contaminated, please replace the filter element in time.

      2 RO Reverse osmosis system

      2.1 Introduction

      RO reverse osmosis unit is the heart of the whole pure water system, please users should pay special attention to maintenance, usually in the RO system

      At the time of rotation, the acquisition of various operating data should be appropriately adjusted with the design reference values of the system. Adjust the water to the membrane

      The quantity and working pressure are the main indicators, and the adjustment is made according to the blockage and pollution of the membrane. And the inlet pressure, the outlet

      Water pressure, inlet flow rate, outlet flow rate, pure water conductivity, etc. should be recorded normally in order to find out the cause of system failure.

      In general, the removal rate of organic matter in RO pure water system can reach 99.9%. For inorganic salts, it can reach 94%~

      About 98%. Because the RO system has a fine ability to efficiently deionize, the resistance value of the water can be determined by both the water inlet of the system

      3) The system also has a complete automatic flushing function, with the boot fast low-voltage flushing, so that the reverse osmosis membrane system pollution

      2.4 The RO system should be cleaned or disinfected in the following cases

      1) When it is found that the standard water production has been reduced by more than 5%

      2) When the water quality of the outlet is found to be deteriorating, the standard desalination rate is reduced by 15%

      3) When it is found that the pressure difference of each stage of the RO system increases by more than 15%

      4) After 3 '~6 months of system operation, the above items become worse

      2.5 Operation and maintenance procedures for long-term shutdown of RO system

      1) When the RO system is suspended for more than a week, the system should be soaked in 1% sodium bisulfite solution to prevent bacteria from developing

      Membrane surface propagation; The reverse osmosis system outlet valve is closed.

      2) Put industrial sodium bisulfite into the cleaning bucket, inject appropriate amount of reverse osmosis water and dilute it to 1% concentration.

      3) Open the liquid medicine inlet valve, flush the valve and the medicine washing return water valve to direct the water back to the medicine barrel, and start the cycle operation for 30 minutes according to the cleaning procedure

      2.6 Precautions for RO Maintenance

      4) If the quality of produced water decreases, please check whether the quality of raw water decreases at the same time, and then convert whether the removal rate maintains a fixed value.

      2.7 Pump maintenance
