1 High temperature - Normal temperature - low temperature. The vacuum degree of the evaporator determines the evaporation temperature of the waste liquid. The lower the evaporation temperature, the lower the scaling rate of the evaporation system. The lower the scaling rate of the evaporator, the stronger the stability of the equipment. Especially, scaling of the heating tubes in the evaporation cylinder will cause a decrease in the thermal energy conversion rate of the compressor, a decrease in the processing capacity of the equipment and an increase in energy consumption, which will cause adverse factors for the operation of the equipment. The 30-degree low-temperature evaporation operates under full vacuum conditions, solving common problems in traditional evaporation. It is currently the preferred product for treating high-concentration and high-salt wastewater internationally. After the system is in operation, the quality of the regenerated water is stable, meeting the requirements for wastewater treatment and production water reuse in enterprises. 2 Low-temperature distillation technology is one of the mainstream technologies widely used internationally at present. The maximum evaporation temperature of wastewater can be controlled not to exceed 30℃-35℃, and the maximum wastewater recovery rate can reach up to 95%. After the main unit is turned on, through the conversion of the internal negative pressure system, distillation kettle, exchange system and the equipment's own thermal energy system, heat exchange is carried out on the raw liquid of high-risk wastewater, causing the raw liquid to vaporize at 30 to 40℃, changing from liquid to gas. After passing through the cold condensation system, the gas is again transformed into liquid (distilled water), and then it is recycled and reused. The concentrated liquid or crystalline solid form will be handed over to qualified environmental protection companies for treatment. The entire system adopts PLC automatic control, which is intelligent, easy to operate and stable in operation
3 Low-temperature evaporation involves creating a full vacuum inside the evaporation tank, reducing the boiling point of the waste liquid in the tank from 100°C to 30°C for evaporation. This not only lowers the energy consumption of the equipment but also significantly reduces salt precipitation, minimizes salt scaling on the evaporation tank, evaporation tube walls, and sensor probes, enhances the stability of equipment operation, and reduces the frequency of maintenance and cleaning. The service life of the equipment has been prolonged, and problems such as pipe blockage, barrel wall scaling and evaporation alarm caused by high evaporation temperature have been completely eliminated.
Low-temperature evaporation can achieve excellent purified water quality: the lower the evaporation temperature, the lower the activity of organic matter and salt in the evaporation cylinder, and the better the quality of the evaporated reclaimed water. That is to say, the COD value of the reclaimed water is lower and more stable. The obtained reclaimed water can not only meet the standards but also be reused, allowing enterprises to apply it flexibly.
