1.Programmable Spatial Light Modulation
The original PSLM can emulate the cycle of the grating by using software.This method greatly improves the accuracy and scope of application by abolishing the mechanical drive and transmission parts, avoiding mechanical wear and maintenance expenses.
2.Phase Measurement Profilometry
Through the phase modulation of full shade, we can provide a high detection resolution (0.37um), 4-8 times sampling ensures high repeatability. Perfect detection performances can be reached with high precision screw and guide rail.
3.3D Diffuse Lighting
Using of synchronization structure light perfectly solves the shaded affect in solder paste inspection. Using a dimensional RGB light source in combination with high contrast we are able to perfectly work with any substrate. This includes black substrates, ceramic substrates, and also 2D/3D color images of the paste.
