I. Hot Air Supply System

II. Transportation System

• The network transmission variable frequency speed control, with full closed-loop control by computer, can meet the simultaneous production of different kinds of PCB;
• Mesh belt with guide rail drive system: 304 stainless steel U-shaped mesh belt (600mm wide) and hardened aluminum alloy guide rail, with 20mm plate clearance above and 30mm clearance below the rail.
• The computer automatically controls the transportation speed;

III. Cooling System

• The forced air cooling system enables rapid PCB cooling by forming eutectic in a short time.
• The extended cooling zone ensures thorough post-soldering cooling of the PCB.

IV. Control System

• The WIN operating system facilitates user-machine interaction;
• It has high and low temperature, sound and light alarm function;
• It is equipped with a leakage protection device to ensure the safety of operators and control systems.
• It can store all the temperature and speed settings of the user and the temperature curve under the setting, and can print all the data and curves;
• The integrated UPS and automatic delayed shutdown system ensures PCBs and reflow machines remain undamaged during power outages or overheating.
• The control system employs a Guxin PLC integrated with a Great Wall computer. The PLC's stable operation eliminates the need for prolonged computer dependency, thus preventing production interruptions caused by system crashes.
